Aiyuk notably hasn't scored this season following a training camp holdout, but he's been targeted at least five times in every game. He set season highs last week with 12 targets, eight receptions, and 147 yards in a loss to the Arizona Cardinals. He also played 92% of the snaps.

Charbonnet has been maintaining a prominent role in Seattle's offense even after starter Kenneth Walker III returned from a two-game injury absence in Week 4. The second-year, second-round pick played at least 36% of the snaps in each of his team's last two contests, totaling 12 touches for 84 yards.

Though he remains at four total touchdowns on the season (with none in the last two weeks), I like this spot for the versatile back.

San Francisco has been limiting running backs to 4.17 yards per carry, but its 7.28 yards per target allowed is much friendlier for this pick. Charbonnet has kept his presence via Seattle's passing game, logging 18 receptions to Walker's 13 this season.

The Seahawks should continue passing often as 3.5-point home underdogs by the NFL Week 6 odds.
