In their first meeting this season, the Seattle Seahawks (3-2) and San Francisco 49ers (2-3) clash in an NFC West showdown tonight at 8:15 p.m. ET, as we offer our best Thursday Night Football player prop bets.

The 49ers feature the third-best Super Bowl odds even with a record below .500, as they look to get back on track against the home underdog Seahawks at Lumen Field in a critical spot tonight for both sides.

The latest Thursday Night Football odds have the 49ers favored by 3.5 points, and our Mike Spector is taking a contrarian view in his 49ers vs. Seahawks prediction.

Here is a look at our best TNF prop bets for 49ers vs. Seahawks tonight to kick off our NFL Week 6 predictions.

49ers vs. Seahawks player props: Thursday Night Football

Jordan Mason Over 81.5 rushing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jordan Mason has run for at least 80 yards in four of his five games this season. His worst rushing performance of the year came against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3, but he still registered 77 yards in that contest.

The tailback is also averaging 5.1 yards per carry this season. So he can hit this number even without a lot of carries tonight. He was only given 14 carries last week but averaged 6.4 yards per attempt.

The Seahawks trot out the NFL's 20th-ranked rush defense. With that in mind, this number should be higher. That's why Brenden Schaeffer is also targeting Mason as part of his 49ers vs. Seahawks TNF parlay.

The lowest total available is 80.5 at BetMGM, but the over costs -125. Take the higher total for the much better price.

Geno Smith Under 252.5 passing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Geno Smith has thrown for at least 284 yards in four consecutive games. He’s topped 300 yards twice this season, and he currently leads the league in passing yards. Yet oddsmakers at our best sports betting sites have set his total more than 40 yards lower than his season average.

The 49ers’ defense is allowing just 197.0 passing yards per game this season. Only Sam Darnold topped 252.5 passing yards against the unit, while Kyler Murray, Aaron Rodgers, and Matthew Stafford were all held in check.

Smith has benefitted from a weak schedule, and against the Denver Broncos in Week 1 he managed just 171 yards. FanDuel is setting the total at 248.5. The other best sportsbooks are posting 250.5 and 251.5.

BetMGM is featuring the highest number at 252.5, and the price for the Under is comparable enough there.

Brandon Aiyuk to score a touchdown (+160) ⭐⭐⭐

Aiyuk has yet to score a touchdown this season, but he’s coming off his best performance of the year and gets a favorable matchup. The wideout recorded eight catches for 147 yards last week, and he was clearly Brock Purdy’s top target for the first time this season.

The Seahawks are allowing 1.2 passing touchdowns per game, and 1.7 per contest in their last three. The 49ers boast a lot of weapons, but Aiyuk’s role in the offense mixed with the price make this the best touchdown play of the game.

Deebo Samuel notched three touchdowns against the Seahawks last season, but the price for him to score in this game is just +115. That’s steep considering he's only logged one touchdown this year.

Aiyuk’s price ranges from +130 to +160, with the latter clearly providing much better value through FanDuel.

Esten McLaren is also targeting Aiyuk as part of his anytime touchdown scorer predictions, while Rodrigo Villagomez has his eyes on another top 49ers pass-catcher to lead his first touchdown scorer predictions.

We're also focusing on the top wideout opposite Aiyuk in our Deebo Samuel TNF player prop bets.
