    Opted into promo last night Bet 4k Get 4k Fancash
    5 days to bet $4k
    I start betting, every bet I need to toggle the scroll bar so I’m getting credit for the promo and it’s actively keeping track of how much I wagered so far. I placed about 1k in bets then went to sleep. I wake up go to bet again and the scroll bar is nowhere to be seen when I’m placing my bets. I look in promos and the promo has disappeared. Unbelievable so after I start placing bets on my way to $4,000 the promo disappears. Can’t make this shit up. Hopefully they honor and rectify this or I would like to cancel all my wagers placed.

    They wont honor it. For their 10 days, $100 free bets promo for new players they will limit players to $10 if they make $100 bet on their first day. They are about as fraudulent as it gets for a legal sportsbook.

    They are only a good option if you are using their kiosks.

    They honored there promo, until they cut it off
    All my bets I had made overnight counted which gave me 2k in bonus bets

    Wouldn't you rather have the bonus bets then free jerseys? I don't understand how a legal book can not honor a promo they offered though?

    They've emailed me a promo, then i do everything for the promo and they tell me, oh sorry you are a former pointsbet customer soo we cant honor the promo, even thou they directly sent it o me via email. Gotta love fanatics btw there apparel sucks even the vietnamese people dont wanna wear that crap.

    Fanatics is my main book, anytime I've ever had an issue my host has gotten it corrected.

    Only because I bet $500 on uconn to win NCAA championship last season. Shit book. Idk how companies can limit people so hard after winning a few bucks.
