You could make the argument to include Chelsea in this section, but I'm less inclined to do so now with their odds shorter than Arsenal's.
I also think Chelsea are still a year away from truly finding another gear, and if anyone is going to stop the runaway train that is Liverpool, the most likely candidates are Arsenal.
