The NFC North was the first division in NFL history to produce a 14-win team that did not win the division and added a second wild-card team with the 11-win Packers.

The division flexed its dominance over the rest of the league, going 33-11 SU and covering the spread in 30 of the 44 games against non-divisional opponents.

History also suggests Minnesota is in line to win. The Vikings had a nine-game winning streak snapped last week. Each of the four previous teams that had a winning streak of seven or more games end right before the playoffs won in the first round.

Stafford threw for 279 yards and four touchdowns when these two teams clashed for the first time this season. While there’s no guarantee Stafford will enjoy the same success in this contest, the Vikings’ pass defense hasn’t become much better since that meeting.

The Vikings finished the year allowing 242.0 passing yards per game, the league's fifth-worst total. Stafford has been struggling recently, throwing for fewer than 200 yards in four of his last five games, but the Rams have also won each of those contests while relying on their defense.

Cooper Kupp to score a touchdown ⭐⭐⭐⭐

While Kupp trailed far behind Puka Nacua in almost every key statistical category this season, he did finish the year with double the amount of touchdown receptions. While he only scored once in his last five games, Kupp still ended the year with six touchdown receptions, one of which was caught against the Vikings.

Yet, despite Kupp having more touchdowns than Nacua, Nacua’s price to score tonight is listed between +100 and +115. Meanwhile, Kupp is set between +155 and +175. The clear value is in taking Kupp to get into the end zone if choosing between the two.

The Vikings allow a lot of passing yards, but they actually rank in the top half of the league when it comes to passing touchdowns surrendered. They gave up four to the Rams earlier this season, and in their last three games, they’ve allowed 1.7 per contest.
