The Thursday Night Football odds and betting lines are set for the Week 16 AFC West showdown between the Denver Broncos (8-5) and Los Angeles Chargers (8-5). The Chargers are 3-point home favorites for the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.
The NFL Week 16 odds will continue to shift based on Sunday's NFL results. The Broncos host the Indianapolis Colts as 4.5-point favorites, and the Chargers are 3-point home favorites against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The division leading Kansas City Chiefs are 4-point road favorites against the Cleveland Browns.

Mind the shorter week
The majority of teams participating in Thursday Night football will be getting just four days between games – and that isn't much time at all to prepare. Teams dealing with personnel or coaching changes or key injuries could be at a major disadvantage. And while those factors are baked into the odds, it's still an element worth your research time.
Expect a slow start
Thursday Night Football may have largely ditched its long-time reputation of being a snoozefest last season. Teams averaged 23.7 points per game last season on Thursday night.
However, a few inflated outputs boosted that number. The Chicago Bears dropped 40 points on the Washington Commanders in Week 5; the Dallas Cowboys put up 41 points on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13; and the Las Vegas Raiders erupted for 63 points in an embarrassment of the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 15.
