Monday Night Football prop picks

Josh Jacobs Over 89.5 rushing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

After back-to-back weeks with fewer than 70 rushing yards, Jacobs went for 94 against the Seattle Seahawks last week. It was his fifth time topping 90 yards this season, and this week he gets one of the best matchups in the league.

The Saints are allowing 134.4 rushing yards per game this season. That’s the sixth-most in the NFL.

Without much of an offensive presence, the Saints are going to fall behind big early, which means that Jacobs is going to get plenty of touches in this favorable matchup. The only way he doesn’t hit this is if he barely sees the field in the second half because the Packers are winning by so much.

While FanDuel has the total set at 88.5, it's asking a slightly worse price than bet365 is asking for Over 89.5. Since Jacobs should crush this total, take the extra yard for the better price.

Spencer Rattler Under 177.5 passing yards (-113) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rattler has played in four games this season, and he’s topped this number only once.

This week, he faces a Packers defense that is allowing 215.4 passing yards per game. But while the Packers have allowed 248 passing yards per game over their last three, they’ve faced Geno Smith, Jared Goff, and Tua Tagovailoa. Rattler isn’t capable of putting up numbers similar to any of those quarterbacks.

The Saints will be playing from behind this whole game, which means Rattler will attempt a lot of passes. But he’s completed 55% or less of his passes in three of his four games, and last week, he was just 10-of-21. 

FanDuel has this total set higher than the rest of our best sports betting apps. Though it's offering a worse price than DraftKings and bet365, it’s best to play it safe and take the highest number for a price that is marginally worse than what the other sportsbooks are offering.

Tucker Kraft anytime touchdown scorer (+250) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Saints are tied for the third-fewest passing touchdowns allowed this season. However, Jordan Love has thrown at least one in five consecutive games, and in 10 of his 12 contests this season. Against an exhausted defense that will be stuck on the field, he should throw multiple scores on Monday.

Kraft leads the Packers in touchdown receptions, so to get this at +250 in this matchup feels like a gift from our best sports betting sites.

Kraft has scored in two of his last four games, and though the Saints have only given up one touchdown to tight ends this season, Kraft isn’t a typical tight end. After all, he has seven touchdown receptions this year.

The price for this prop ranges from +220 to +250. While all of those prices are fair, get in at FanDuel for the most value.
