The latest Thursday Night Football odds list the San Francisco 49ers as 2.5-point favorites over the Los Angeles Rams as they try to keep their faint postseason hopes alive. It's the second meeting between these two teams this season. How will that impact the best Rams vs. 49ers TNF prop bets?

Los Angeles is a deep long shot in the Super Bowl odds, despite getting much more favorable NFL playoff odds than the Niners.

The Rams won the first game, even with Jauan Jennings scoring three touchdowns for the 49ers. Should we expect a similar result on Thursday at 8:15 p.m. ET (Prime Video)? Or will the 49ers get revenge at Levi’s Stadium?

Kyren Williams to score 2+ touchdowns (+430) ⭐⭐⭐

Williams notched two touchdowns last week, and he’s now scored in three consecutive games. He's tallied three games with multiple touchdowns this season, including his Week 3 matchup against the 49ers when he scored two on the ground and one through the air.

Williams has recorded 14 total touchdowns this year, and this week he takes on a defense allowing 1.5 rushing scores per game. That’s tied for the second-most leaguewide. Williams is likely to get plenty of opportunities again, as the 49ers are allowing 23.7 points per game, which ranks 21st in the NFL.

The price for this prop ranges from +340 to +430 at our NFL prop betting sites. The best price available aside from FanDuel's +430 is the +400 at BetMGM. There's a nearly 4% difference in the implied probability between those books for one of your NFL Week 15 predictions.

Best odds: +430 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 18.87%

Matthew Stafford Under 244.5 passing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It seems Stafford’s 320-yard performance against the Buffalo Bills last week is seriously inflating this total.

Yes, he's topped this number seven times this season. But Stafford has also thrown for fewer than 230 yards five times. And he logged just 221 yards against the 49ers, despite leading his team on a huge fourth-quarter comeback.

The 49ers are allowing just 182.6 passing yards per game this season. That’s the third-fewest in the NFL. And that's not happening just because teams are taking leads against them. They’re allowing just 9.5 yards per completion, which ranks fifth leaguewide.

All of our NFL parlay betting sites are setting this number at 244.5. While the price differences for the Under are nominal, bet365 is the only one offering -110.

Best odds: -110 via bet365 | Implied probability: 52.38%

Jauan Jennings Under 68.5 receiving yards (-113) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jennings caught 11 passes for 175 yards and three touchdowns when these two teams met in Week 3. However, Jennings has logged just one other game with 10 receptions since then, and he hasn’t put together another 100-plus-yard outing. The wideout has also scored just one touchdown during that stretch.

He did catch seven passes for 90 yards last week, but Jennings finished with fewer than 60 yards in both games before that one.

The Rams give up 224.7 passing yards per game, which ranks 23rd leaguewide. While the 49ers may expose the Rams' secondary, Los Angeles' true weakness lies in run defense.

The Rams are allowing the fifth-most yards per game on the ground, with teams running for 141.0 per contest. The 49ers are favored, so I don’t expect them to ever fall behind enough to abandon the run. That will reduce Jennings’ opportunities. ;

Three of our five best sports betting sites are setting this prop at 68.5 yards, but FanDuel is offering the best odds. At -110, bet365 is featuring the best price for any total at -110, but it's not worth it to take four fewer yards for a nominal difference.

Our Mike Spector also dove into Jennings' outlook as part of his Rams vs. 49ers prediction.
