Daniels threw five touchdown passes, leading his team to a 36-33 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. 

This week, Daniels and his Commanders are favored by 3.5 points for Sunday’s game in Landover, Md.

Daniels has scored six rushing touchdowns this season, tied for the fourth-most of any QB in football. He’s also found the end zone twice in his last four games. 

The Falcons are tough to score against on the ground, as they allow just 0.5 rushing touchdowns per game. But Daniels scored against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers earlier this season, another team allowing less than one rushing touchdown per game. He has potential against anyone.

The Falcons are great at keeping teams out of the end zone on the ground. So, considering their defense and Daniels's recent performance, when the Commanders score, it will be through the air.

The Falcons rank 19th in the league, allowing 223.4 passing yards per game. Over the last three weeks, they’re allowing 230.3.

With Daniels’ passing yards total set at just 220.5, it may seem obvious to take that Over. However, I worry that the inconsistent Falcons defense has one of its solid games, such as when it gave up just 147 yards to Justin Herbert.

Daniels has thrown for fewer than 220 yards in four of his last seven games. However, the Falcons are a difficult team to run against, which means the ball will be in Daniels’ hands for most of the game. The playmaker will have plenty of opportunities to do damage with his legs if the passing attack isn’t working. After all, Daniels has rushed for at least 66 yards in three of his last four games. 

I don’t know exactly how Daniels will get his yards tonight, I just know he’ll get them. That’s why taking this combo prop is safer than his passing or rushing totals.
