NFL Coach of the Year Odds 2024-25: O'Connell Leapfrogs Campbell Entering Week 16

Dan Campbell's high-reward, sometimes higher-risk decision-making cost him and his Detroit Lions in Week 15.

He's also dealing with a rash of injuries, the latest of which resulted in David Montgomery being ruled out for the rest of the season.
