Dolphins vs. Rams MNF Prop Bets, Tonight: Monday Night Football Odds

Both the Los Angeles Rams and Miami Dolphins are in desperate need of a win when the two meet at 8:15 p.m. ET on Monday Night Football from SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

Dolphins vs. Rams player props: Anytime touchdown market

The most bet player at BetMGM to score an anytime TD on Monday Night Football is Tyreek Hill (+130). Cooper Kupp (+140), Davis Allen (+2200), De'Von Achane (-125), and Kyren Williams (-250) round out the top five.

For the first TD scorer market, Kupp (+900) is the most bet player. He's followed by Williams (+360), Achane (+600), Hill (+1000), and Nacua (+900).

De'Von Achane Over 57.5 rushing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Though Achane has yet to rush for 100 yards in a single game this season, he’s run for at least 63 yards in three consecutive games. Achane has also run for at least 63 yards in three of the four games that Tagovailoa has started, clearing 90 yards twice.

The Rams are allowing 135.1 rushing yards per game this season, which ranks 24th in the league. They’ve been solid in recent weeks, allowing just 97.7 rushing yards per game over their last three contests, but even if they allow that much on Monday night, most of those yards will go to Achane.

Every major sportsbook has the same total listed, but bet365 is the only one offering this Over at -110. With oddsmakers expecting the Dolphins to keep this game close, look for Achane to continue his recent success in a favorable matchup.

Tua Tagovailoa Over 21.5 pass completions (-122) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tagovailoa has completed at least 23 passes in three of his four games this season. The only time he failed to do so was when he was unable to finish his Week 2 game against the Buffalo Bills.

The Rams are only allowing 18.6 completions per game this season, but they’ve allowed 20.0 per game during their current three-game winning streak. Tagovailoa has thrown the ball at least 37 times in two of his four games. He’s also completed 72.7% of his passes this season - 30 attempts is all he’ll need to hit this Over. 

Every major sportsbook has this total set at 21.5. All of them are favoring the Over, but FanDuel is offering the best price of -122. Compare that price to the -139 Caesars is offering, a price that suggests a 58.16% chance of this happening.

Kyren Williams 2+ touchdowns (+280) ⭐⭐⭐

Williams scored a touchdown in seven consecutive games to start the season, but that streak came to an end last week against the Seattle Seahawks. However, he has a very good matchup this week, and I think it’s likely he starts a new streak on Monday night.

The Dolphins are allowing 1.3 rushing touchdowns per game this season. Williams has proven he can exploit solid matchups, as he already has two multiple-rushing-touchdown games this season. Best of all, Williams doesn’t split time and is the only Rams’ running back with more than 25 carries this season.

The best price for Williams to score just one touchdown is -179. That price is fair considering his floor is essentially one this season. However, I’d recommend putting that prop in a parlay and betting him to score multiple touchdowns at +280 solo.
