The Pittsburgh Steelers will look to rebound from their first loss of the season against the 2-2 Dallas Cowboys.
As part of our NFL Week 5 predictions, I'm taking a look at a running back and a pair of pass catchers for my Cowboys vs. Steelers SNF prop bets. I look at the passing game with my Dak Prescott SNF player prop bets.
The latest Sunday Night Football odds have the Steelers slightly favored over the high-powered Cowboys, and we're expecting a good game between the two in our Cowboys vs. Steelers prediction.

Najee Harris Over 68.5 rushing yards (-113) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a very favorable matchup for Najee Harris, so it just comes down to his ability to execute. In his first three games, Harris ran for either 69 or 70 yards. Last week, he managed just 19 yards on 13 carries.
The Cowboys are allowing 145.8 rushing yards per game and 4.6 yards per carry. The biggest concern with this prop is the Steelers falling behind early. But even last week, Harris still managed 13 carries, and the game script called for passing on every down.
The total is set at 69.5 at three of the five major sportsbooks. The price is -110 for the over at bet365, but for a negligible price difference, we’ll take one yard less with a $10 winning bet still paying an $8.85 profit.

CeeDee Lamb Over 76.5 receiving yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Steelers currently have a top-10 pass defense, but a lot of that has to do with the offenses they’ve played. Last week, Anthony Richardson was injured and Joe Flacco replaced him. With the two quarterbacks, Michael Pittman Jr. caught six passes for 113 yards and Josh Downs caught eight for 82.
Considering the Steelers struggled against the only true number-one receiver they’ve faced this year, Lamb is in for a huge game.
Lamb has gone for 316 yards this season, and while he hasn’t had a 100-yard game, he’s had at least 90 twice. He’s also had at least 61 yards in every game, so he has a high floor.
The total is set at 76.5 at three of the five major sportsbooks, and FanDuel has it set at 80.5 with a price of -113 for the over. Get in at bet365 before this number goes up. Since this is an “island” game, this total will hit 80 at every major sportsbook before kickoff.
Best odds: -110 via bet365 | Implied probability: 52.38%

Pat Freiermuth Under 32.5 receiving yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐
Freiermuth had his biggest game of the season in Week 4. He caught five passes for 57 yards. He’s now gone over 32.5 yards in three of his four games, and his worst performance was 27 yards in Week 1. So why is this total set so low?
Oddsmakers are laying a trap for bettors. While Freiermuth has been good, so has the Cowboys’ defense against tight ends.
Since allowing 44 yards to David Njoku in Week 1, the Cowboys have allowed exactly 11 receiving yards to tight ends this season. That includes a meeting with the Baltimore Ravens where they held Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely to just one catch for four yards.
Four of the five major sportsbooks have this total set at 32.5. FanDuel has it set at 31.5. The best price for any under is at bet365, where they’re asking -110.
Best odds: -110 via bet365 | Implied probability: 53.49%
