The Kansas City Chiefs host the Los Angeles Chargers, as they look to clinch the AFC West.

The latest Sunday Night Football odds list the Chiefs as four-point favorites for the 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC/Peacock) game in Kansas City. The first time these two teams met, they combined for just 27 points. How will that game impact the best Chargers vs. Chiefs SNF prop bets?

The Chargers enter this game as winners of five of their last six. Meanwhile, the Chiefs have won two in a row by a combined five points. Will Justin Herbert and company exploit the Chiefs’ weaknesses, or will Patrick Mahomes complete the season sweep of his division rival?

We dig into all those questions as we continue our Week 14 NFL predictions.

NFL picks made Saturday; odds subject to change. Our NEW NFL player prop odds tool can help you find the best odds on any market across legal sportsbooks in your area!

Justin Herbert Over 231.5 passing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Herbert has gone under this number in three of his last four games, and in his Week 4 game against the Chiefs, he threw for just 179 yards. However, last week, the Chiefs’ defense gave up 340 to Aidan O’Connell of the Las Vegas Raiders, and the week before, they allowed 263 to Bryce Young of the Carolina Panthers.

While Herbert’s most recent performances have been below this number, he has topped 231 yards in five games this season. Against the 23rd-ranked pass defense, he should make it six in a game that his team could be trailing the majority of.

This prop ranges from 231.5 to 234.5 at our best sports betting apps. FanDuel offers the best price, but the total is 234.5. Since the price of -113 is barely better than -115, wager at bet365 where you need three fewer yards.

Mike Spector thinks the visitors can keep this game tight in his Chargers vs. Chiefs prediction, and Herbert having a good night will help that along.

Will Dissly Over 36.5 receiving yards (-113 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Herbert’s great game is going to be thanks in large part to Dissly. Though the tight end didn't catch a single pass last week, he’s gone for at least 47 yards in two of his last three games and at least four passes in three of his previous four.

The timing of his zero-reception game is perfect from a betting perspective. The Chiefs are the worst team in football when it comes to covering tight ends. They’ve allowed 80 catches for 942 yards this season. That’s 100 more yards than any other team has allowed to the position.

I think Dissly will crush this number, a sentiment that BetMGM and Caesars agree with since they’re asking -120 for Over 36.5.

DeAndre Hopkins anytime touchdown scorer (+250) ⭐⭐⭐

This is likely to be a low-scoring game, so finding solid value for a touchdown prop is no easy task. That said, Hopkins has three touchdown receptions since joining the Chiefs, so getting this at +250 is the best play of the game.

The Chargers are only allowing 0.5 rushing touchdowns per game, so there’s no reason to trust a Chiefs’ running back. Meanwhile, the Chiefs are also giving up less than one rushing touchdown per game, and though they’re allowing 1.4 passing touchdowns per contest, Herbert has only thrown 13 this season.

Mahomes has thrown 19 touchdown passes, and the Chargers allow 1.2 per game. If he throws one, as he’s done in all but one game this season, Hopkins will be the recipient. After all, only Noah Gray has caught more touchdowns since Hopkins joined the team.

Mike Spector expects a big day for the passing game in his Patrick Mahomes SNF player prop picks.

Best odds: +250 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 28.57%
