The Browns' defense was dominant in their Week 1 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. They held the offense to just 157 total yards and three points. Their own offense amassed 360 yards, including 206 on the ground.

SGP predictions for Browns vs. Steelers

Najee Harris 50-plus rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Harris ran the ball just six times in Week 1, but he did rack up 31 yards. The Browns’ secondary looked incredible in their opener, but their run defense gave up 56 rushing yards to Joe Mixon.

After Kenny Pickett’s performance in the opener, we expect the Steelers to lean on Harris in this one. It’s unlikely he averages over 5.0 yards per carry again, but we expect him to get enough carries that he won’t have to.

Finally, history tells us this is a good bet. Last season, Harris ran for 56 yards in the Steelers' loss to the Browns, and he followed it up with an 80-yard performance in Week 18. The season before, Harris ran for 91 at Cleveland and a massive 188 in the Steelers’ home win.

Nick Chubb anytime touchdown (+115) ⭐⭐⭐

In the season opener, Chubb did everything but score a touchdown. He ran 18 times for 106 yards, averaging 5.9 yards per carry, and he caught four passes for 21 yards. He is the clear lead back in Cleveland, even if Jerome Ford got 15 carries in a blowout win.

However, his rushing total is too high for us, so we’re going to add him scoring a touchdown to this parlay.

SBR experts Shane Jackson and Esten McLaren agree with their looks at the best Nick Chubb player props and anytime touchdown scorer predictions for MNF.

Last season, Chubb scored 13 touchdowns, including two against the Steelers. He will have opportunities Monday against a defense that gave up some massive rushing plays to Christian McCaffrey in Week 1, including a 65-yard touchdown run.

Elijah Moore Over 40.5 receiving yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amari Cooper may end up missing Monday's game with a groin injury. Even if he does play, he’ll likely be limited, which could mean a monster night is in store for Moore.

Moore and Cooper each had seven targets in Week 1, though the former was the team’s leading receiver with 43 yards. The Steelers’ secondary was burned by the dynamic duo of Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel in their opener, which means that no matter who covers Moore, he’s going to find ways to get open.

The only possible issue with this bet is that the Browns could just run the ball all game, especially considering the Steelers gave up over 200 yards on the ground in Week 1. However, we think that this will be closer than Pittsburgh's opener, which should keep Deshaun Watson throwing late into the game.
