Bengals vs. Titans Picks, Predictions Week 12: Stakes are High in AFC Divisional Round Rematch
Last Updated: November 27, 2022 3:58 AM EST • 3 min 3 sec read.
The Tennessee Titans will look to avenge last year's heartbreaking divisional playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals when they meet for the first time since January. Here are our top NFL picks as the 7-3 Titans host the 6-4 Bengals in Week 12.
Last season resulted in an early, disappointing end for the Titans. They finished as the top overall team in the AFC before suffering a heartbreaking loss to the Bengals in their first playoff game. This year has been no different so far, as the Titans have actually become the only NFL team to have a 7-3 record or better through 10 games in each of the last three seasons.
After a slow start, the Bengals have also rebounded to 2021 form. Quarterback Joe Burrow has multiple touchdown passes in all but one of his last five games, despite the recent absence of top wideout Ja’Marr Chase. Will Chase's likely return from injury push Cincinnati over the top?
Here are our top Bengals-Titans picks for Week 12 (odds via BetRivers and DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Bengals vs. Titans Picks
- Moneyline: Titans (+130 via DraftKings) ★★★★★
- Over/Under: Under 43.5 (-110 via BetRivers) ★★★★★
- Prop: Derrick Henry 100+ rushing yards, Joe Burrow 300+ passing yards (+310 via DraftKings) ★★★★★
Bengals vs. Titans ML Pick
Titans (+130) ★★★★★
Scoring in bunches and winning games is nothing new for the Bengals, but doing so on the road against the defensively-stingy Titans is a tall order. Cincinnati is an even 3-3 on the road this season, which may not bode well considering Tennessee is 3-1 at home. Another hindrance is the potential absence of star running back Joe Mixon, who did not practice this week due to a concussion and is seemingly likely to sit out.
Speaking of running backs, the Titans have a pretty good one in Derrick Henry. The 28-year-old back leads the league with 230 carries and 1,010 rushing yards. The Bengals are a middle-of-the-pack team against the run, and Henry is capable of driving most of the offense on his own. If Tennessee’s defense plays at its usual level, the Titans should get the outright win.
Bengals vs. Titans O/U Pick
Under 43.5 (-110) ★★★★★
The Titans are 3-7 to the Under this season despite several key defensive injuries. Tennessee has held opponents to 20 or fewer points for seven straight games – which is the longest active streak of its kind in the NFL. The only time they allowed more than 22 points in a game this season was their 41-7 loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 2.
Cincinnati’s ability to win low-scoring games has yet to show itself this season, with 27 points being the fewest the Bengals scored in each of their victories. Their schedule has also been light on defensive stalwarts to this point, aside from the Dallas Cowboys who held them to 17 points in Week 2. This market has this line at pick’em odds for a reason, but there are still more potential game scripts favoring the Under.

Bengals vs. Titans Prop Pick
Henry 100+ rush yards, Burrow 300+ pass yards (+310) ★★★★★
What a season it has been for Henry. As previously mentioned, the star running back is pacing the NFL in both carries (230) and rushing yards (1,010). He has run for 100 or more yards in five of his last seven games and will be utilized heavily against a run defense that will undoubtedly struggle to contain him.
Throwing for 300 or more passing yards isn’t exactly the ‘norm’ for Burrow this season, but he has done so on four occasions. The Titans may be a solid defensive team in many regards, but they’ve actually yielded the third-most passing yards per game through 11 weeks.
The Bengals may lose this game, but Burrow is still likely to have a productive day. As far as combination prop bets go, this is an incredible value.
