James Conner (+110)
Much has been made recently of James Conner's relative lack of usage, as he's totaled only 19 carries in his last two games.
However, the 12 attempts he racked up in Week 10 were due to the Cardinals destroying the Jets, as Trey Benson, Emari Demercado, and even DeeJay Dallas managed at least three carries each.
Then Arizona went extremely pass-heavy last week against the Seahawks while scoring only six points. That bodes well for us, as does Conner recording five receptions in each of those games.
Conner is projected for just around 17 touches against the Vikings, and although they field a very impressive run defense, his TD projection is still a strong 0.64. For what it's worth, that's nearly as good as Saquon Barkley's 0.65, and he's trading at -170 to score.
Best odds: +110 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 47.62%
Lamar Jackson (+200)
The Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens play in the game with the highest point total (50.5) on the Week 13 schedule. I'm backing Jackson to score for the second straight week in a battle of NFL MVP odds contenders against Jalen Hurts.
We'll need a little more excitement than a tush push for Jackson to score. But the Eagles have given up three rushing scores to QBs through 11 games, and Jackson has logged three of his own.
DraftKings is posting market-low odds of +170, representing an implied 37.04% win probability.
Best odds: +200 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 33.33%
Kimani Vidal (+550)
Vidal hasn't really balled out in his limited opportunities, but he did take his first NFL touch 38 yards to the house.
He'll get a more significant role with J.K. Dobbins injured, and OC Greg Roman recently confidence in him.
The tailback can also be effective in the passing game, an area where Gus Edwards doesn't excel.
While Edwards (and even Hassan Haskins) are the larger backs, neither has scored much. Both have registered just one TD on the season, with Edwards looking slow and Haskins' touchdown coming against his former team (a little revenge score).
The Chargers-Falcons game in Week 13 is getting one of the highest totals of the week (47.5). The young RB should receive an opportunity to shine.
Best odds: +550 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 15.38%
Cade Otton (+210)
Cade Otton's workload predictably decreased following the return of target vacuum Mike Evans to the Buccaneers' offense. However, it's difficult to get a proper gauge for exactly how far he'll fall down the pecking order, as Evans' first game back came during a 30-7 blowout win.
Otton likely won't tumble too far. Chris Godwin still remains out for the year, and Otton seems to have developed chemistry with quarterback Baker Mayfield. That contributed to his three-game run not long ago between Weeks 7 and 9 with 258 yards and three touchdowns.
He's tied for third among tight ends in red-zone targets, and now the pass-catcher is well-positioned to feast on Sunday against a Carolina Panthers defense that's allowed the most touchdowns to TEs leaguewide (nine).
Best odds: +210 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 32.26%
