Luka Doncic double-double ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Doncic returned from a two-game absence on Monday and posted a 27/7/7 line. That performance snapped a streak of six double-doubles, but we’re expecting him to start a new streak on Christmas Day against Minnesota.

The superstar has posted a double-double in 10 of 21 games this season, and he narrowly missed one on Oct. 29 when he went for 24/8/8 against these Timberwolves. Doncic faced Minnesota seven times last season and double-doubled four times, including two of four at home.

Dallas’ franchise point guard can stuff the stat sheet with the best of them, and he can get a double-double with points and rebounds or points and assists. This season, he’s got four double-doubles with points and rebounds, three with points and assists, and three triple-doubles. 

Anthony Edwards Over 24.5 points ⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: -115 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 53.49%

Edwards is averaging 25.3 points per game this season, so an average performance will cash the Over against Dallas.

We expect Ant-Man to be far better than average in a matchup against Doncic and a Mavs team that knocked him out of the Western Conference Finals last season.

Edwards has hit the Over on this line in 15 of 28 games, good for 53.5% of his appearances. The -115 odds on this prop are right in line with how he’s performed this season as a whole, but Edwards has hit the Over in 10 of 14 on the road, good for 71.4%.
