Jusuf Nurkic double-double ⭐⭐⭐

Phoenix’s big man has been on a roll, and we’re counting on another solid performance against Dallas tonight. Nurkic is averaging 10.5 points and 10.6 rebounds on the season, and he’s posted a double-double three times.

Nurkic comes into this one with back-to-back double-doubles and three straight games with double-digit rebounds. He posted 18 points and 14 rebounds when he faced the Mavericks earlier this season.

Dallas has allowed the third-most rebounds to opponents this season, and the Mavericks’ defense is below average in paint points allowed. Nurkic can take further advantage of this matchup with key defenders Dereck Lively II and PJ Washington sidelined.

Luka Doncic Over 30.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ll never shy away from a Luka points prop when he’s facing the Suns, so we’re hammering the Over tonight! Doncic has absolutely cooked against Phoenix, and we can expect similar results in Friday’s primetime showdown. He went off for 40 in his first matchup with Phoenix this season.

Luka logged only three minutes against the Suns in a January 2023 matchup, and if we don’t count that one, he’s hit the Over on this scoring prop in seven straight. In those games, he’s averaged 38.1 points.

His three-minute game aside, you’d have to go back nearly three years to find the last time Doncic didn’t score at least 31 against Phoenix in the regular season. After a chippy, seven-game playoff series in the 2021-22 playoffs, Doncic has gotten up for matchups with Devin Booker and Co., making this an easy pick.

Tyus Jones Over 19.5 points + rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐

Jones is enjoying a productive start to his Suns tenure, logging a career-high 31.5 minutes as a member of Phoenix’s starting five. Through eight games, Jones is averaging 8.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 6.8 assists, good for 19 PRAs. 

Phoenix’s point guard has hit the Over in five of eight, and we’re counting on him adding another Over tonight. He compiled 20 PRAs against Dallas when the teams met in late October.

With Bradley Beal, Kevin Durant, and Devin Booker all healthy, Jones has no shortage of quality options to facilitate. Dallas’ defense will be shorthanded tonight with the absences of Dereck Lively II and PJ Washington, giving Jones and Co. an additional boost.
