Jayson Tatum Over 36.5  points + rebounds ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tatum has been on an absolute tear to open the season, and he looks like a man on a mission. The superstar forward is looking to bounce back from a down year statistically (by his standards) in which he didn’t win Finals MVP and played a muted role in the Paris Olympics.

If Tatum is trying to prove something, he has our attention with averages of 33 points, 6.3 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5.7 triples through three appearances. He’s cashed this prop twice with just points and put up exactly 36 PRs in the other game.

Milwaukee’s defense has struggled mightily to start the season, and this is an excellent spot for Tatum to stoke the flames of his current heater. In two home games against Milwaukee last season, he averaged 36.5 PRs, so hitting the Over here is not uncharted territory.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 17.5 rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Milwaukee’s roster is anything but deep, and Giannis is shouldering the load even more than he has in previous seasons. He’s averaging 28.3 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 6.3 assists through three games, and he’s hit the Over on this prop twice.

Antetokoumpo’s scoring is down from a season ago, and he’s struggled on offense against Boston in recent matchups. Across his last six against the Celtics, the Greek Freak has averaged just 24.5 points.

Last season, Giannis averaged just 20 points in three matchups with the Celtics, but he posted 11 boards and 6 dimes in those games and hit the Over on this prop twice. The odds on this one are a little shorter than we’d like, but this line feels a bit low, considering how much Giannis is relied on for his rebounding and playmaking.

Derrick White Over 17.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

White is enjoying a hot start to the season, as he’s averaging a robust 20 points and 3.3 triples per contest. He's scored at least 18 points in two of three games to open the campaign, and we’re banking on another one tonight.

White went off for 24 points in the season-opener against the New York Knicks and 19 against the Washington Wizards two days later. He was lights out from beyond the arc in those games, cashing 10-of-21 shots from three-point range.

That hot streak from distance cooled off against the Pistons on Saturday, as he shot 0-of-6 from behind the arc. However, encouragingly, he still finished with 17 points. Defenses will be keyed in on Tatum and Jaylen Brown, leaving White with plenty of quality looks and scoring opportunities as Boston’s third option on offense.
