As most predicted when the College Football Playoff bracket was released, the Oregon Ducks (13-0) and Ohio State Buckeyes (11-2) will meet in the 2025 Rose Bowl for a long-awaited rematch in the CFP quarterfinal, with kickoff set for Jan. 1 at 5 p.m. ET (ESPN) in Pasadena, Calif.

It felt like a matter of time before the Ducks and Buckeyes would meet again after their epic duel at Autzen Stadium earlier this year. How fitting that the second act comes in the Rose Bowl for a shot at the CFP Final Four?
