Jackson State running back Irv Mulligan has the shortest anytime touchdown odds, and for good reason. He’s scored 11 touchdowns this year, including 10 over his past eight outings for the Tigers.

Mulligan’s only game without a touchdown since September came on Nov. 16 in a 16-10 win. I anticipate a shootout on Saturday, so I don’t think bettors will have to worry about Mulligan being held out of the end zone in the Celebration Bowl.

Caden High anytime touchdown (+130) ⭐⭐

There is a decent chance that this parlay comes down to South Carolina State receiver Caden High. He didn’t score against Norfolk State last time out, snapping a four-game streak of scoring at least one touchdown.

High has been the Bulldogs’ top target this year, recording 58 receptions for 892 yards and seven touchdowns. He has scored five times over his past five games, giving the Georgia native plenty of momentum entering Saturday’s showdown in Atlanta.
