In accordance with Bye-Law 9 the 520ccc.com Council meets twice a year at an Annual Meeting and Interim Meeting of Council. The Powers of the 520ccc.com Council are set out in Bye-Law 9.6.

Following the conclusion of a 520ccc.com Council meeting, the decisions of Council are circulated to all Member Unions and Regional Associations, the decision letters (from 2021) may be found below.
