It's just another exciting promo for one of the sites with our best sportsbook promos.

Hard Rock Bet relaunched in Florida on Dec. 7, 2023, after lengthy legal challenges. To celebrate its one-year anniversary in the Sunshine State, it has announced a promotion worth $1,000,000 in bonus bets. The offer will run from Dec. 2 to Dec. 7.

Each day, Hard Rock Bet will allow customers to sign in to their Hard Rock Bet accounts and opt-in to a promotion. The first 20,000 players to opt-in to the daily offers can claim a bonus bet without depositing or meeting other terms and conditions. For the first five days, 20,000 customers can claim a $5 bonus bet, and Hard Rock Bet will award players $500,000 in bonus bets.

The first 50,000 players on the final day can claim a $10 bonus bet on three or more leg parlays, giving away another $500,000 in bonuses.

One Year Betting Celebration Puts Legal Troubles Behind

The celebration of one year of uninterrupted Florida sports betting may be worthy of celebration for the Seminole Tribe, the operator behind Hard Rock Bet. While Hard Rock Bet has set Dec. 7 as the anniversary of its launch in Florida, the online sportsbook initially went live in Nov. 2021. However, it was quickly forced to shut down following a legal challenge from local pari-mutuel operators.

While Hard Rock Bet launched after the Seminole Tribe renegotiated gaming compacts that were ratified by SB 2-A, two pari-mutuel companies in Florida questioned the exclusivity over sports betting the deal gave Hard Rock Bet.

The lawsuit brought a lengthy legal process following the closure of Hard Rock Bet in December 2021, which was escalated to the US Supreme Court. However, once the US Supreme Court refused to hear the case in June 2023, the Seminole Tribe had a clear runway to launch.

The 30-year deal between Florida and the Seminole Tribe gives Hard Rock Bet the right to be the exclusive sports betting provider until 2051. However, the Seminole Tribe and Hard Rock Bet have recently discussed the potential of agreeing to a deal with FanDuel, DraftKings, and other operators to allow some of our best sportsbooks to launch in the state.

Hard Rock International Chairman and Seminole Gaming CEO Jim Allen confirmed he had discussions with FanDuel and DraftKings, although he didn’t reveal any details on these talks.

Several Updates to Hard Rock Bet in First Year in Florida

In its first year in Florida, Hard Rock Bet has received several upgrades to boost its offering to local bettors and offered a variety of Hard Rock Bet promo codes. The sportsbook operator signed a partnership to become the Official Sportsbook of the Jacksonville Jaguars, an NFL franchise based in the state.

Meanwhile, the sportsbook introduced its profit boosts promotion in the middle of 2024, allowing bettors to increase their payouts on wagers without risking any additional money. Before this, the sportsbook added its Same-Game Parlay Max feature, letting bettors combine multiple same-game parlays into singular bets.
