One of our best sports betting sites has made another acquisition as it continues to make strides toward offering the most complete product it can to its users.

DraftKings announced on Monday that it had acquired Dijon Systems Limited, which is a subsidiary of Mustard Systems that operated its golf pricing business. Mustard Golf is a business-to-business supplier of golf betting models and pricing.

The sports betting behemoth plans to use the acquisition to expand its golf product by bringing pricing in-house. This should allow DraftKings to offer a wider range of markets and more live betting for those looking to make more golf picks.

DraftKings' chief revenue officer, Greg Karamitis, discussed the deal in the company's .

"Golf betting continues to gain traction amongst our players and adding Mustard Systems’ golf technology and its talented golf team will only sharpen our edge in creating an expansive and dynamic golf product offering," he said.

Busy summer

DraftKings has been keeping busy over the last few months. As one of the nation's best sports betting apps, there's hardly time to rest on your laurels.

It acquired microbetting provider Simplebet in late August. That move had been rumored to be in the works as far back as May. The company had already owned 15% of Simplebet's microbetting technology from a deal dating back to 2021.

The acquisition brought Simplebet's suite of technology in-house, allowing customers to take advantage of additional microbetting opportunities.

But its not just one of the sites with the best sportsbook promos, like the DraftKings promo codes, but its also one of our best real-money online casinos

It kept up a busy August by becoming the first major American-based gaming company in almost 10 years to launch a proprietary online poker option with Electric Poker in Michigan. The new game was expected to immediately provide stiff online competition to PokerStarsBetMGM Poker, and the World Series of Poker (WSOP) as mobile poker sites compete for market share in the Michigan online casino market.

More moves?

DraftKings hasn't mentioned any imminent moves for expansion yet, but one may be on the horizon - although things look dicey. The operator, along with its biggest competition in FanDuel, has been actively donating to the "Winning for Missouri Education" campaign to bring a legal market to Missouri sports betting. A vote for legal sports betting is set for November's election, and DraftKings will likely receive a license if things go its way.

Otherwise, it'll remain status quo.

DraftKings's daily fantasy gaming platform is available in 44 states, its online sports betting is available in 25 states and the DC sports betting market, and its online casino where customers can use DraftKings casino promo codes is available in five states.
