Wian Conradie (Namibia)

Namibia flanker, Wian Conradie will appear before an independent judicial committee on Tuesday, 15 November having received a red card in Namibia’s match against Spain during the November internationals on 12 November, 2022. The red card was as a result of two yellow cards issued for offences contrary to Law 9.17 (lifting tackle) and Law 9.8 (repeated team infringements).

The independent Disciplinary Committee that will hear the matter is chaired by Tommy Dalton (Ireland), joined by former international players David Humphreys (Ireland) and Bogdan Zebega (Romania).

Brian Juma (Kenya) 

Kenya second-row, Brian Juma will appear before an independent judicial committee on Wednesday, 16 November having received a red card in Kenya’s match against Portugal during the Rugby World Cup 2023 Final Qualification Tournament taking place in Dubai on 12 November, 2022. The red card was as a result of two yellow cards issued for offences contrary to Law 9.7(a) (intentional infringement) and Law 9.13 (dangerous tackle).

The independent Disciplinary Committee that will hear the matter is chaired by Tommy Dalton (Ireland), joined by former international players David Humphreys (Ireland) and Bogdan Zebega (Romania).

Duncan Paia'aua (Samoa) 

Samoa centre, Duncan Paia’aua will appear before an independent judicial committee on Tuesday, 15 November having received a red card in Samoa’s match against Georgia during the November internationals on 12 November, 2022 for an offence contrary to Law 9.13 (dangerous tackle).

The independent Disciplinary Committee that will hear the matter is chaired by Antony Davies (England), joined by former international player Lawrence Sephaka (South Africa) and former international referee Juan Pablo Spirandelli (Argentina).
