Not unusual or unexpected.

Haven't really been using the account, but logged in recently to cash out my points and noticed that I was dropped to Diamond Elite for this year instead of 7star. So no seven star perks, even though their standard is you usually get to keep your status for the following year.

Also it wouldn't let me cash out my rewards points for bonus cash in the sportsbook anymore. Support said rewards points are considered a "bonus", which I'm no longer eligible for, so I guess I have to use them all in Vegas or at my local CZR casino.
