Best strategy:

Very few bets are available, deposits/withdrawals seem to go smoothly but honestly not sure if I'd use this crappy site... tested it with ?00, the availability of bets is terrible, very few options ... why Bet365 is the only one offering bets on the leader of the 2nd round in Golf and BetMGM is offering nothing?!

Part 1:
I'm having an issue making a withdrawal
I tried to withdrawal through VIP ACH and I keep receiving a technical error when trying to enroll and talked to their support already who said they could do a manual enrollment which would include running my credit and having me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I do not want to do.
I'm confused as to why I can't make the withdrawal via Trustly which is how I deposited in the first place.

So Bet MGM in Michigan is down for planned maintenance,in the middle of Baseball season, World Cup, and the start of NFL tomorrow, with no sure timeline of when they will be back up.
